Abstract: | International finance and banking is an area that involves a lot of topics. How to present these topics in a clear, coherent, integrated, and intuitive manner is a major challenge. In this project, I pursue various innovative ways to this purpose. First, I will work out intrinsic links among seemingly different topics that can be taught in a coherent manner. Second, I give extensive in-class exercises and use hands-on interface for the clear demonstration about how to solve them. Third, I introduce students to the real world trading with the help of the integrated trading account provided by Interactivebrokers. |
