People use appliances such as air conditioner and lighting system to maintain a comfortable environment. However, huge amount of electricity consumption accompanying greenhouse gases are generated, which causes worse environment and leads to a vicious cycle. According to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, ~30% of the energy used in commercial building is wasted. Showing in numbers, U.S. have wasted 420 billion kilowatt-hours in commercial aspect in 2019. This amount is equal to 60% of total electricity demand in Africa in 2018. To break the vicious cycle, an IoT system implemented with sensors and control algorithm is developed. The objective of this work is to balance comfortability and energy consumption in working environment. Besides, a testbed of ~200ft office is setup to test the performance of this system. By comparing results in normal office condition and enhancement by this system, over 88% of wasted energy could be saved. The system design, methodology and experimental result are shown in this report.en_US
