To facilitate interdisciplinary training of our students and increase the students' skills in economic thinking and policy debate, the project is designed to offer multi-level and dimensional practices for enhancing students's engagement before, during, and after class learning. The general form is case study debating, problem solving, and flipped classroom. As the course materials developed in the project are highly related to the local energy and environmental issues in Hong Kong, the students would have higher chance to be engaged and interested in studying. Both their presentation and writing skills are practiced with comments.en_US
