| Abstract: | The purpose of this grant is to produce three DVDs as follows, including filming and post-production, as follows: (1) Plea in mitigation in the case of R v Wong Sui-ling for the courses Criminal Justice (LW4638) and Citizens and Criminal Justice (GE1214). (2) Staged attack on a person for the sake of an exercise on identification evidence for the courses Criminal Justice and Citizens and Criminal Justice. (3) Opening address in a civil matter for the course, Trial Advocacy (PLE5052). |
