Abstract: | By using software engine Unity3D to develop the 2D Role-playing game. Users can create new in-game items, join in the battle and start the journey in the game. This project aims at solving problems in the game development history - prefix object consumes robust memory, weak animation responds and spends a long time to design game. The project mainly focuses on system and algorithms design. Using several techniques to improve game development. 1. Using unique data management techniques: "Procedural generate" and "Non-pre-fix object" to reduce larger scale data sizes, increases the number of objects in-game. Remove predefined items objects and let users create in-game items real-time. 2. The innovation of animation handling by "Animation referencing". The technique reduces complicated procedure of animation design, speed up animation processing and compress the data size of the animation. Let animation real-time respond users request. 3. Apply new concept "Language rebuild technique" in the description of skill function to reduce the time of design statement for each skill function. The design can increase the number of skill function and clear the evaluation of data representation. Those techniques push gaming development shorter and better. Moreover, the game can event early launch on the market. |
