dc.description.abstractCycling is not encouraged in Hong Kong, as traffic network is well developed, that the unban planning for Cycling is little. However, cycling becomes popular, when personal health and green life style are getting more attention. In addition, Hong Kong Professional Racing Cyclists are performed well, leading more parents are keening on cycling. As a result, without suitable cycling condition, and without cycling education or training, the number of accident are increasing, Hong Kong Police Force Traffic Report 1 , 2 mentioned that there are over 2600 accidents in 2015, 7 of accidents is fatal accident and over 2500 accidents in 2014, 7 of accidents is fatal accident. And it is believed that it will become worse, particularly true as "Share Bike" business is promoting in Hong Kong. To contribute assistant, leaded by Professor K. T. Ng, a bicycle simulator was developed and targeted for both education and training.en_US
