Abstract: | The project is an innovative learning process intended to give students real world experience of professional theatrical production and performance for the general public. It consists of the rehearsal and final performance of a scripted play. Students will memorise and accurately deliver their allotted lines in the text with emotional engagement and clarity. They will also interact with their fellow students, enabling the audience to follow the narrative line and to engage with the characters. Through firsthand experience, students will acquire the ability to communicate with clarity and meaning, whilst also interacting dynamically and spontaneously with others. |
