dc.description.abstractThe project aims to discover and assess the clinical legal studies of Chinese and comparative law in Hong Kong.As the handover of Hong Kong, students are facing more China-related issues in their legal studies. The project attempts to assess whether it is plausible to utilize the current resources at CityU to incorporate the clinical study with professionals, therefore, make students more conscious about Chinese law and comparative law and able to analyze and discuss the real cases with professionals together.en_US
