Fantarvis is a social media and information-publishing platform providing both web based application and mobile application service. The aims of the development of Fantarvis are • Enhancing the promotion efficiency of official events and activities in CityU. • Offering a great graphical user interface and presenting content in an artistic way that improves user experience. • Providing students with a social platform to share their idea and discover ideas from others. • Offering an integrated poster maker called FantarvisPaper that allows students who don’t have graphic design skills to create featured posters to promote their ideas with just few steps. • Application of iBeacon technology that pushes related notifications to users' mobile phone about the activities nearby. • Organizing contents and analysing users' habit to collect more accurate data for marketing and promotion of school events. Fantarvis is not only a publishing platform but also an application of technology that builds up an effective learning community and allows CityU students to showcase their discoveries and inspire others.en_US
