dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this project is to analyse existing assessment strategies used in law in light of the Discovery-Enriched Curriculum standards and develop a set of law-focused assessment strategies and tactics which can ignite greater and measurable discovery and innovation in law. The expected results will benefit students by ensuring that the assessment strategy used is in line with the greatest possible opportunity to a discovery and innovation mind-set built on the three core elements: attitude, ability, and accomplishment.en_US
