The Project is an instructional DVD program for use in the Course Criminal Litigation Practice. Students in the Course Criminal Litigation Practice are required to undertake an assessment in which they make a Bail Application in the Magistrates Court. As part of the preparation for this assessment, students have viewed live demonstration of a bail application by legal practitioners. While the live demonstration of the practitioners is very valuable in demonstrating in a very comprehensive manner how students should undertake Bail Application there will be a benefit in producing a DVD on the same topic as students can view it a number of times if it is put on the university intra-net.en_US
