dc.description.abstract	With the advance of digital music technology we have the ability to capture, manipulate, distribute, and reproduce a once ephemeral phenomenon of sound. However, increasingly what we lack are intuitive interfaces and physical characteristics that we once so strongly associated with sound and music.
