Abstract: Public transports are very common in our daily life. Each transport has different fare mechanism. I realized that the fare mechanism of some public transports is not fair enough. This project would apply the computer science to provide a better way to make it fairer. To develop a system for solving this problem, I would apply the pervasive computing and real-time processing. Initially, the idea is only used for the Mini-Bus. The idea of this project is to track the Mini-Bus location and the customer movement. Those tracked information will be used by the system to preform computing and providing services. Kinect and Location-Based Service will be used in this project. This report shows the benefits and limitations of the technologies that are used in this project and explain how it works with using those mentioned technologies. Knowing the benefits and limitations of those technologies helps me to estimate the feasibility and design the system. The methodology and the system design are also included in this report. Methodology and the system design would help you understanding more about the system, such as the infrastructure, system flow and the user interface etc. In order to make sure the system performs correctly, it is necessary to have testing and testing has been done during in this project. The result of the testing is shown in this report too. Finally, the result and the improvement of the system are also included in this report.
