Many different types of Chinese Input Methods were developed nowadays. Most of them have their own rules to input Chinese character. However, those rules have their own strengths or weaknesses. To balance those strengths and weaknesses, a new radical-stroke based Chinese Input Method called G6 Chinese Input Method was developed by G6 development team in CityU. In this project, several well-known Android Chinese Input Methods are first compared for defining good features to enhance Android G6 input method. Based on these finding, two new Android G6 versions for smartphone and tablet devices are developed with new keypad and keyboard design which significantly enhanced the user experience of the G6 input method on Android devices.en_US
