dc.description.abstract | If there is a potable switch for home devices in the android phone, people can control the devices everywhere. In this project, an android app for controlling the home devices was done. There are two parts to achieve this result. The first part is the android app. The second part is the ARM board to receive signal from the android app and send signal to control the devices. The android app acts as a client. The ARM board acts as a server. The report describes how the app is made, how the server part receives the control signal and how the device can be controlled. The android app is developed by using eclipse. The program which was written in C language and used on ARM board is compiled in the Linux environment. | en_US |
