Group operations using Android mobile phones

Abstract

In this project, an android application with communication function, note distribution function, attendance checking function, vote function and etc. is developed, in order to save the resource and time by a technological way. And, some security technologies like encryption and a new login method are applied in the information transfer, in order to protect all information in the group and avoid intruder. This application is one of the secure and convenient applications in the android market. It has a potential to change the habits of people in group operation. No one will use paper and no one needs to do any administration work. The only thing they need to do is to learn how to use this application. This application only has an android version but there will be versions of IPhone, Window and Linux available in the future. If different type of user is able to use this app, these applications will succeed.
