| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this project is to build an integrated platform, using tablet with wireless sensors, to monitor the climatic changes of the room. Environmental parameters were traced, together with energy consumption record. Users are able to monitor, manipulate and review the power usage in the system through the tablet. Wireless sensors in network monitor different environmental statistic. At the same time, power consumption was also recorded by the power meter. The tablet running on Android platform is a centralized system to work with all sensors. Information was collected by the application (app) running on the tablet, and were stored. Where the record can be exported to a file or uploaded to a webpage. Some additional features of the app making the tablet act as an everyday home appliance, become a part of the home. | en_US |
