dc.description.abstract	This project aims is to design a multi function display panel using LED dot matrixes for various applications. Bluetooth technology is used to communicate between a user and the display panel using a PC or a smart phone. The controlling PC or the smart phone needs only have Bluetooth capability and our application software installed. The controlling software together with the display panel can show different country names and their local times. Information may be obtained from the web such as weather, financial data, news, etc, and present them on the panel. It may also display any user messages in alphanumeric characters.	en_US
