Design a Tour Guide System for Visiting Hong Kong Disneylane

Abstract

Hong Kong Disneyland is known as the smallest Disneyland around the world. As the number of visitors keeps increasing, the average waiting time for each visitor in front of attractions must increase. In order to provide a good experience for the visitors and maintain a high efficiency of services, a tour guide system will be introduced in this project. Hong Kong Disneyland Tour Guide System is a web-based system that designed for all the visitors of Hong Kong Disneyland. Users can access the system with most of the smart phones or PDAs. By using this system, visitor can enjoy path searching, meal ordering, online shopping, e-FASTPASS service and some other useful and interesting functions. Most of the above functions can minimize the waiting time in front of attractions for the visitors. Since the efficiency is increased, the profit of the theme park can also be increased.
