Abstract: | In this project, a low cost and simple structure platform-tolerant passive Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag antenna were presented, and the operating frequency is 902 to 928MHz. Since conjugate impedance matching is important when the tag antenna matched with the microchip. Generally, traditional antenna is a one-port device and the tag antenna is a two-port network, so the tag is connected to Vector Network Analyzer through the testing fixture to measure the S-parameters of network and retrieve the impedance. During the read range test, different platforms such as foam, paper, wood, plastic and aluminum are used to demonstrate the performance of tag. |
