Development of a smart web-based personnel management system for a small-to-medium size company

Abstract

This final year project is to develop a smart web-based personnel management system for a small-to-medium size company. This web-based system is a three-tier structure with Tomcat server and Microsoft SQL server. There are four different access permissions for different staff in this web application so that both normal staff and administrative staff can handle their work in this application. In this system, it mainly handles seven types of information; including staff record management, contract record management, project record management, leave record management, premium record management, news record management and file management.
