This project targets the redevelopment and enhancement of undergraduate lab experiments in MEEM 3040 course (Engineering Database and Systems), which aligns well with the Strategic Plan 2008-2012 of MEEM department that has identified the need for improved teaching efficiencies, while acknowledging the need to be continuously assessing and updating our course in light of the changing employment climate, accreditation requirements and resource limitations. We will develop a real-world issue database design and modeling laboratory module that will provide the high level of skills and training that the students will require to successfully facilitate the mphasiz development experience.en_US
