Abstract: VRML (Virtual Reality Modelling Language) is a well-known file format for virtual reality. In this FYP, we have to implement a cyberworld using this format. Hong Kong Wetland park is chosen as the main theme. Entering the Y2000, the advancement of Internet and communication technology, bring the data from another side of the world to our screen monitor in just a second. With these stunning technologies, our world is stepping into a whole new stage --- digital age, the age that everything spread fast and convenient via Internet. The technical term, cloud computing, referring to data storage, computation, exchange and management is done on the Internet and retrieve on demand. This is becoming a new trend of how data is handled in these few years Therefore, after construction of the 3D cyberworld, we have to bring the world into internet effectively such that it can be accessed and reused easily by the third party. And hence the word "Internet" inside the project title "Development of Three Dimensional Cyberworld on Internet" can take a more significant role. In this project, a new system will be introduced for this purpose.
