dc.description.abstract | This documentation aims at depicting all the processes involved to build up the software controller of the Ms. Pac-man game, including the purpose of it, the algorithm and believable, the development methodology and project management. Ms. Pac-man is a good platform for testing artificial intelligence technique. To avoid Ms. Pacman being caught by the ghosts is the main objective of this project. To develop the software controller for Ms. Pacman, the Minimax algorithm is applied. The Minimax algorithm is a game tree searching method for choosing the best move in a two-player game. With this algorithm, it can find the suitable paths to avoid being caught by the ghosts. | en_US |
