dc.description.abstract	These days it's easy to see that dot matrix led displays are very popular in Hong Kong market. Many dot matrix led displays are used for various applications such as displaying messages in MTR/Ferry station, Airport, Banks etc. Led matrix board is being widely used as it offers more flexibility and is more attractive in comparison the traditional message boards We are going to design a real time clock panel to show the countries and the Greenwich Mean Time of those countries using a dot matrix led display panel in this project. We also use a real time clock IC and enable synchronization with time server from PC to obtain the accuracy of the time	en_US
