Abstract: Nowadays Web application is a popular software environment for both developers and end users. And web development frameworks become mature enough to fulfill developer requirements. There are over 40 open source frameworks alone. With so many choices out there, how this project (named BORA) make it different: BORA has basic web framework features such as form-system action-based model, Object Relational Mapping (ORM) integration, Object Graph Navigation Language (OGNL) expression language support, data template, widget…etc. BORA one of Java Web Development Framework introduces the code-behind model to separate model-view-controller with Java Source, Java Server Page (JSP) custom tags and OGNL to instead of script let, Servlet and JSP Expression Language (JSP-EL). It also provide a configuration-free environment, such you can ignore all the configuration steps to reduce the development time and chance to make a mistake.
