| Abstract: | This project is to enhance the ICAS system used in EPA Centre to meet the realistic situation faced by the company as well as to fulfill the needs of users, making ICAS to become automated, more accurate and more user-friendly, The development is mainly based on ICAS2005. The implementation outline is as follows: 1. Simplifying the workflow 2. Reducing duplicated data 3. Completing functional necessities 4. Performing data summarization 5. Designing an ease-of-use interface 6. Implementing system automation 7. Creating user manual for maintenance and further enhancement. Detail of the implementation process and issues for further development is discussed this report. |
