It will be very useful and convenient meeting participants. Mobile Meeting for Pocket PC is a complete meeting system that provides the meeting functions. Mobile Meeting for PPC consists of a Central Meeting Server, Instant Meeting Environment and Meeting Management tools. With Mobile Meeting for PPC, users can find all the necessary meeting functions of message-exchanging, sharing of resources, voting, making appointment and meet logging. Meeting Host can even give presentation, assigning tasks and kicking invalid meeting members.
