In the world today, mobile phones are essential tools for wireless communication. Many scientific articles produced recently are research results concerning the effects of using mobile phones. One of the methods for assessing the human safety issue is to measure the Specific Absorption Rate. There are different standard committees, which have defined how the SAR values should be measured. Examples of such organizations are CENELEC, ICNIRP, ANSI-IEEE and FCC, they have different standards and the different measurement methods. Although different organizations have different standards and measurement methods, the same are the SAR assessment require simulation method. However, simulation require extremely high computer and timing resources. In order to reduce the computer and time resources for an efficient SAR evaluation, the possibility of fractional head modeling is investigated for this final year project.en_US
