dc.description.abstract	This project develops a web-based network design package, which provides a suite of network design tools for design. It allows users to analyse and design computer and telecommunication networks with a graphical user interface. It provides a platform to interpret and evaluate network topology. The storage structure of the network entities, the server connection, the graphical user interface and several design algorithms have been developed. Routing algorithm, simulation algorithm, dimensioning algorithm and shortest path algorithm is implemented for application.	en
